Rapid brand creation for an ambitious new leadership training consultancy based in the UK and South Asia.

The Brief
Tillon is an ambitious new leadership training consultancy centred around a proven and systemised approach that has previously helped support some of the world's biggest brands. Based in the UK but with offices and a team in Katmandu, Tillon are a truly international organisation seeking to support world-class leadership and team optimisation.
Tillon approached us with a need to create a dynamic visual branding, website, presentation assets and video content ready for their international brand launch.

Our Solution
We began by undergoing a brand exploration exercise with Tillon's founder, gaining an understanding of his vision for the company, its positioning, goals, differentiating factors, understanding the 'why?' behind his ambitions for Tillon and the visual tone and styling he preferred in conveying all of this.
We then went through various design stages that covered both logo, website, presentation, video and other promotional materials required for their company launch. Following various design iterations and informal user group tests we were able to finalise the chosen logo and visual brand styling that was rolled out across all marketing materials.
The team at tillon were extremely pleased that we were able to capture the essence of the brand whilst meeting an extremely tight deadline to coincide with their company launch in Katmandu. The website, video and presentation content all help support tillon in landing numerous new contracts, amongst those were F1 Soft, one of Nepal's largest digital finance organisations.
